OUR APARTMENT AMENITIES
All apartments are supplied with bedding and towelling;
kitchens are equipped with cooking facilities, including
dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Upon your
arrival, the apartment will be supplied with an initial
supply of bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner,
soap, facial tissues, toilet paper, etc), kitchen supplies
(coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, milk, etc) and dish-soap
and laundry powder. After your arrival, the toilet
paper and kitchen supplies will be replenished daily;
however the other amenities are your responsibility
to replace.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Our apartments
receive a mini-clean daily. This includes; making of
the beds, replacement of towels, replenishment of toilet
paper and kitchen supplies only. For our guests staying
longer than eight-nights a bed-linen change will occur
half way through your stay.
POOL TOWELS
It is recommended
that guests bring their own pool towels to enjoy our
swimming pool and local beach areas. Reception has
a limited supply of pool towels available for pool
use only (charges apply).
HIGHCHAIR & COT RENTAL
Highchairs and cots are available
for rental, please contact Reservations prior to your
arrival to make arrangements (charges apply).
ADDITIONAL PERSONS
Should you require the use the sofa
bed located in the living area of the apartment, for
additional guest use, please contact Reservations prior
to your arrival to make arrangements (charges apply).
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Transfers from both Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are available to be booked
through Reception. Bookings must be made a minimum of 48-hours in advance of
the arrival date with the appropriate transfer operator. |
